About Me:

Born and brought up in a Musical Background in Nagaland, I started learning the Guitar at the age of 10 and I’ve been teaching Guitar for 16 years now. I teach students in all age groups and have helped students get their certifications from ABRSM and LCM for the past 10 years; Most of them passed with Distinction and Merits. I have also helped most of the students acquire state level awards in LCM almost every year. It encourages me to see students growing under my tutelage and that inspires me to take them to the next level.

Received early musical training in Classical Guitar, Vocal and Piano.

• Completed 8th Grade Classical Guitar from ABRSM
• Taught Classical Guitar for 5 years in Crown Centre, Nagaland
• Teaching at Urban Raga since 2013
• Top 10 Finalist of Global Guitar Gita Competition 2018. Also known as All India Fingerstyle competition.

For beginners, I try to build a strong foundation through Basic Music Theory and Technical work.
Students who want to pursue Classical Guitar, I strongly emphasis on strengthening their sight reading skills and Musical Knowledge. For students wanting to learn Contemporary Guitar, I focus on improving their Chord knowledge and Rhythmic technique.
For Electric Guitar, I strongly focus on Scales, Fingerboard techniques and Improvising.
I follow the syllabus of ABRSM, Rock School of Music and LCM for Certifications.

Our regular courses are unique and flexible, placing emphasis on what each individual student needs in order to develop their technical ability and practical experience as a musician.
We always place emphasis on the need to perform and our students gain varied experience in solo performance, session playing, accompaniment skills and playing in a band.

Performed in Group Classes.
Lots of Events and Recitals for live on-stage experience.

Registration Fee – Rs 1500
Course Fee – Rs. 2500/- per month.
Quarterly Course Fee Payment- Rs. 7500/- .
