About Me:
I’m originally from the U.K. but now settled in India. I studied music at Canterbury Christ Church University, both at Bachelors and Masters levels, specializing in violin performance.
- From 2014-2019, Alice held the position of Head of Strings at the Bangalore School of Music, and also formed and directed the Star Strings Orchestra there.
- The orchestra of around 30 members welcomed beginner to intermediate level students, training them to perform a wide range of music; concerts were held in a number of venues, including Jawahar Bal Bhavan, Indiranagar Sangha Sabha, Indiranagar East Cultural Association, the Bangalore Baptist Hospital and the Bangalore School of Music.
- Having relocated to rural Kerala in 2019, Alice now delivers online training in violin and music theory.
